1. Use of TripPilot AI Services
TripPilot AI provides automated travel planning, quotation generation, CRM tracking, and sales communication tools. Users agree not to misuse the platform to generate deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized travel proposals.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Free accounts are limited to 2 AI trip generations per month. Paid tiers (Traveler Pro, Agent Starter, Agency Pro) provide expanded quotas and CRM features according to published pricing plans.
3. Limitation of Liability
TripPilot AI is not a direct airline or hotel operator. We are not liable for travel delays, visa rejections, weather disruptions, or supplier rate changes occurring after quotation issuance.
